Family

Hey everyone, I hope all is well and the new semester is going great for you all. Everything around my part of the world up here in the good ole Texas, panhandle is going pretty good. Back in the begining of January the officer team all met up in Austin and began planing state convention it was lots of fun and we got alot done. When I got back to the panhandle, I packed my stuff back up and headed back to Canyon, to start my second semester of classes at West Tecas A&M University (GO BUFFS). Over my break I got to spend alot of time back on the ranch with the family, there is nothing like going off to college for a semester to make you realize how much your family really means to you. I mean I never thought that I would miss fighting with my little older sister or working all day and half the night with my dad. Family is one of the greatest things that we have in this world and we should all cherish what we have been given, but over the past few years I have realized that your family is not just limited to the people that raised you. Your family can be anybody that holds a special place in your heart, and over these past years I have come to realize that I have one of the biggest families in the entire world. All the people I have met throughout my FFA career are all part of my family, the students, the Agriculture Education Teachers, and my teammates families all hold a special part in my heart and I will never forget any of them. As some you may know really like quotes and will spend hours setting in front of my computer looking them up, and the other day I came across one that inspired me to write this blog it says "I don't care how poor a man is, if he has family, he's rich". I hope you have enjoyed my blog and thanks for taking time to read it.
